Deyang Guangda Dongqi New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture invested by Zhangjiagang Guangda Special Materials Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. of Dongfang Electric Corporation to actively implement and deepen the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises. It is a joint venture with the Casting & Forging Department of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. (DTC) as the platform, mainly engaged in high-end casting and forging manufacturing of the sectors in energy, aviation, military, and chemical equipment. The company is located in the National Economic and Technological Development Area of Deyang City, Sichuan Province.
The company has nearly 60 years of technological accumulation in high-end casting and forging manufacturing of large-scale energy equipment, and the quality of the products has reached the international first-class level. It has a complete large-scale casting manufacturing technology and production system for high-end equipment such as million-kilowatt nuclear turbines, heavy-duty gas turbines, high parameter steam turbines, large water turbines, pumped storage, large wind turbine generator set, and blowers. It has mastered the casting manufacturing technology of more than 100 kinds of materials, such as stainless steel (ultra-low carbon, martensite, austenite, duplex stainless steel), CB2, alloy steel, high-performance ductile iron, and single piece casting weight reaches 200 tons.
